COVID-19 Refund Guarantee

Design Matters 22 will be a hybrid conference (in-person & online).

We are aware of the changing and unpredictable Covid-19 restrictions, and because of this, we are offering a more flexible ticketing method: a Covid-19 Refund Guarantee covering the tickets for the in-person event.

The guarantee works as follows: if you purchase a ticket for the in-person event and aren’t able to attend due to travel or assembly restrictions, your ticket will be converted into a Live Stream ticket and you will get the money difference back (you will also have unlimited access to the videos of the talks). Personal change of plans or simple change of ticket preference do not allow you to convert your ticket to a Live Stream one.

The tickets are covered by the guarantee until Sep 14, that is two weeks before the event. This means that after Sep 14, it will not be possible to get a partial refund. Note that you will still be able to watch online, even holding an in-person ticket.
