FAQs

IN-PERSON EVENT

I haven't received a ticket, what do I do?
If you have purchased your ticket via Tito, our CC ticket system, you should have received a receipt together with a welcome email. If you have purchased a ticket via invoice (it's usually groups), you should have received a welcome email. Sometimes when group tickets are purchased via invoice, the welcome email ends up in some people's spam folder. Please ask your colleagues to double check their inbox.
You do not print a physical ticket, nor bring a digital ticket to the conference. Based on the information you provided when signing up (name, surname, company), you will pick up your name tag when you enter the venue on Day 1. You simply need to show up and find your name tag! Your name tag will grant you access to the venue on Day 2 so please try not to lose it. If for any reason you can't attend the conference, you're welcome to give your ticket to a friend, but please let us know in advance, as we need to print the right name on the name tag. Also, please make sure that the email address you (or your company) provided is correct and spelling mistake free.

Will sessions be recorded for attendees to watch later?
Yes, all interviews and talks will be recorded. This means that you can watch and rewatch them later as many times as you like. Please note that the workshops will not be recorded due to their interactive nature.

When and how do I sign up for a workshop? Is this something I specify ahead of time, or something that I choose during the event?
A Nerd Track consists of either 2/3 talks OR a workshop. If you want to attend a workshop, you will have to sign up for it. You will receive an email close to the conference, where you will be able to sign up for the workshops. If you do not sign up for any workshop, your Nerd Track will automatically consist of the talks.

How do I sign up for the Side Events?
You will receive an email before the conference, where you will be able to sign up for the side events.

Will we have to wear masks during the event?
Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, but you are more than welcome to wear one if you prefer to.

I don't feel like attending in-person anymore. Can I convert my ticket to a livestream one?
Converting your ticket to a livestream one is only possible in case you are not able to travel to Copenhagen due to travel or assembly restrictions. It is not possible to downgrade your ticket for personal reasons.
