Prolog is a Copenhagen-based roastery and coffee bar, serving one of the tastiest and most sustainable coffees in the city.

Since 2016, Prolog has worked hard to create one of the best coffee experiences in Copenhagen. Prolog also communicates directly with the coffee farmers who produce the coffee they buy. And when they can’t do that, they work with sourcing companies that share the same core values as Prolog; that is to guarantee the sustainability of the coffee served and transparency on the prices Prolog pays for their green coffee.
