Kala Sung is an internationally recognized chef with strong culinary traditions from Korea. Her passion for people, places and food comes from her years at NYU where she completed an MA in Food Studies.
Kala is currently traveling the world with her creative and culinary workshop – Kala’s Kimchi. Her goal is to bring Kimchi into every kitchen. She has adapted Kimchi’s traditional techniques to local products and continuously develops new twists – without losing focus on preserving its traditional qualities. For Kala Sung, the world has no limits!
