The Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is a leading international art museum where art, nature, and architecture combine in a unique experience, attracting guests from all over the world. Louisiana’s collection is one of Scandinavia’s largest collections and contains more than 4,000 artworks, with an emphasis on painting and sculpture. The collection is so extensive that the artworks are continuously on view in new dynamic contexts. In addition to the permanent collection, the museum features 6 – 10 major exhibitions annually, where modern and contemporary art are presented.
