About Kate & Chris
Kate is passionate about designing for business growth, uncovering new opportunities through user research, diving into behavioral psychology, and leading design teams towards creating better digital products. Kate joined Miro about 5 years ago as an individual contributor and has shaped herself from a product designer to a design leader by shifting from IC to the manager and building a Growth design team in a hyper-growth setup.
Since the dot-com era, Chris’ passion has always been to create enjoyable and meaningful digital products and services. Starting her career as a self-taught Developer, she soon realized she was striving to create great digital experiences as an Experience Designer. She wanted to have a job where no day is like the other, constantly learning and being challenged. That’s why she founded her first digital agency in 2007, was Co-Founder of several startups and started hidorris back in 2017.
Chris is an Explorer and a Sprinter: She is best in an environment of uncertainty and creativity and thrives when being able to execute at a blistering pace.
